Delivery
In mainland France:
- In-Store Pickup (2 days): Free
- Chronopost Relay (3–5 days): €3.90
- Colissimo with signature (2–3 days): €5.90
In Europe, delivery is free for purchases over €200 to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, with Colissimo or Chronopost Relay. For other countries, see tariffs and terms.
Returns and exchanges
From the receipt of your order, you have 14 days to return an item if it does not suit you.
Items must be new, unworn, with tags. Please include the delivery note in the package.
Return shipping costs:
- Free at Benoa boutique and from France if the initial order exceeded €100 (prepaid label included).
- At your expense: for orders under €100 and for international orders.
You can also exchange or return your items for free in one of our boutiques.
