Returns & refunds
We pay particular attention to your satisfaction and make every effort to offer you a simple and seamless experience.
For any order delivered in metropolitan France exceeding €100, a prepaid return label is directly included in your package, allowing you to return your item with complete peace of mind. For orders shipped outside France, return costs remain at your expense.

Upon receipt of your return, each item undergoes a strict inspection to ensure its conformity. The refund is then processed within 10 business days after validation.
Items must be returned in their original condition: new, complete, unworn, unwashed, and with their original tags.
The refund will be issued via the payment method used for your order, and a confirmation will be sent to you by email.
In the case of payment made using a credit, it will be re-credited and will remain valid for 6 months on benoashop.com.
If a discount voucher was applied to your purchase, its amount will be automatically deducted proportionally from the refund.
If your item has a quality defect, we promise to offer you a suitable solution as quickly as possible.
